ra99 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the ra99 platform and its users. By registering on ra99 or starting to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 1. Definitions and Interpretation

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. ra99 reserves the right to detect multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment details, and may close all associated accounts in such cases.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Any changes to your information must be reported to ra99 support immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Notify ra99 immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. ra99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your account details with another person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on ra99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposited funds must come only from an account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit at ra99, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after completing ৳30,000 in bets.

• Wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonus usage is limited to a set time period.
• After receiving a bonus, it may be required to use it on specific games.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

ra99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page. If misuse of any bonus is detected, it may be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once all bets on ra99 are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events must follow the specified rules. The decisions of the official or formal sports body are considered final in determining betting outcomes.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game are displayed in the game interface. ra99 does not guarantee any specific game's RTP or winnings. Fair play is ensured using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.4 Technical Issues

If an ongoing game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or technical issue, ra99's decision will be considered final. In such situations, please contact our support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, ra99 may close the account, forfeit all balances, and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ra99 support. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and any applicable real money balance will be returned.

8.2 Closure by ra99

ra99 may close or temporarily suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Compliance with directions from legal or regulatory authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

ra99 bears no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or problems with your device.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from keeping your account details insecure.
• Unexpected service interruptions or issues during maintenance periods.
